The case against Tabrez Tambe has been registered on a complaint filed by his brother.
Reportedly, Tambe went to Egypt with his friend Ali after which they travelled to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
It is believed that the duo then, travelled to Libya where Tambe allegedly joined ISIS along with his friend.
The ATS has registered an offence under sections of 16,18,18 (B), 20,38,39 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
Further investigation is underway.
