Maha Yagnam in March

KOCHI: Kaloor Sri Paattupuraykal Bhagavathy Temple is to conduct Ashtabandha Sahasrakalasa Maha Yagnam from March 14 and 15. The ceremony will be performed under the guidance of Swami Brahma Paadananda Saraswathy, president of Sreeramadasa Mission, Chenkottukonam. Rituals will be carried out by fifteen priests headed by Kakkat Ezhuntholilmana Satheesan Bhattathiri.  Justice P N Raveendran will formally inaugurate of the ceremony on March 14. Also, Swami Brahma Paadanantha Saraswathy will dedicate the newly constructed ritual room beside the temple. There will be host of yagnas, poojas, kumari pooja, pooja for couples, religious preaches and cultural programmes on the following six days.
