LIC agent murder: Kin held

BHUBANESWAR: A day after Prabodh Nayak, an LIC agent, was clubbed to death in the City, the police have arrested his two relatives in connection with the crime.The two have been identified as Nihar Kanta Patra and Biranchi Narayan Palta Singh. Both Nihar and Biranchi are Prabodh’s brothers-in-law.Since police had enough clue about who were behind the incident, they tracked the two from near Balugaon. They were being interrogated to ascertain the exact reason for the killing.On Wednesday, Prabodh was assaulted by the two for allegedly ill-treating his wife.
