New Delhi: It's been a while since we saw Preity Zinta on the big screen. The actress who has been part of several blockbuster films in the past has seen a slump in her career in the past few years.
She makes a comeback of sorts in Prem Soni's 'Ishkq In Paris' which also happens to be her maiden production venture. The lady, who has won hearts with her bubbly cute image, is in desperate need for a hit to gain back her position in the film industry and her new film has no big star other than her. With a rank newcomer (TV actor Rhehan Malliek makes his debut in films) as its hero, the film has been marketed as a Preity Zinta film.
The film has also been plagued with several problems ever since its inception. Lack of distributors, over budgeting, delay in release - Preity as a producer has had to tackle several problems while releasing the film.
The film also features Salman Khan in a special song and french actress Isabelle Adajani in a cameo. Shot in the picturesque locales of Paris, the film is a rom-com, a genre which Zinta is comfortable in.
