PUDUCHERRY: Two more candidates filed their papers for the Indira Nagar by-election, schedule to be held on October 13.Bahujan Samajwadi Party candidate K Vaithianathan (42) and R Shanmugam (36) of Indhiya Jananayaga Katchi (IJK) filed their nomination papers with the returning officer, G Malakannan on Saturday.Congress candidate V Arumugham is likely to file his papers on Monday, the last day for filing nominations, while the ruling All India Namathu Rajyam Congress (AINRC) is yet to name its candidate.
