Hostage crisis: Who are these 27?

BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s announcement to release 27 persons, including eight Maoists, without naming any of them has not exactly pleased the two interlocutors. The interlocutors on Wednesday said they would wait for the details to reach them.Stopping short of saying that they were not satisfied, B D Sharma said the “methodology” adopted by the Government came as a surprise of sorts. “We have been discussing the issues informally and now the Chief Minister has announced it in the Assembly, but we don’t have any authentic news about it. We will wait for the records to reach us tomorrow,” he said.  Sharma was hinting at the Government decision to make the names of the 27 persons public on Thursday.
