High Court quashes case against TTD ex-JEO

HYDERABAD: Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu of the High Court on Tuesday quashed criminal cases against Dharma Reddy, former joint executive officer of TTD, and his colleagues K Damodaram and N Ramoji Rao.
The judge was dealing with quash proceedings filed by the former TTD employees. At the instance of one K Rajendra Prasad from Hyderabad, the second

additional judicial magistrate, Tirupati directed

the petitioner to be added

as coaccused in the

trial in the criminal

case dealing with the

Arjita Seva ticket booking scandal. The High Court then called for a detailed vigilance report on the

matter.
