Green Tech to process Titania slag

HYDERABAD: Y Jithin Kumar, promoter of Satyavathi Titaslag, met chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy along with a Chinese delegation of Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a premier research institute of China.
The institute will offer pollutionfree technology to convert titanium slag to pigmentgrade titanium dioxide and offer the green technology to Satyavathi Titaslag. The Hyderabadbased company proposes to manufacture titania slag and convert it to titanium dioxide (pigment grade). The plant will be set up in Nandigama taluk in Krishna district.
