The accused has been identified as Pooja (35), a resident of Bakkarwala village, Nangloi in Delhi. The incident took place when the complainant Harish Chand, a resident of Moti Nagar, was heading towards Chandni Chowk by the metro to make a payment of Rs 1,93,580 on behalf of his office to a client at Bhagirath Palace.
