KOLLAM : The Crime Branch team probing the death of Happy Rajesh filed the charge-sheet before the Kollam First Class Judicial Magistrate Court II on Tuesday. The charge-sheet was prepared by the investigation team led by DIG S Sreejith.Crime Branch SP Sam Christy Daniel told ‘Express’ that the charge-sheet stated that a dispute over the torching of a car of one of the prime accused, Penty, resulted in the murder of quotation gang leader Happy Rajesh. Rajesh, the first accused in the attack on Mathrubhumi reporter V B Unnithan on April 16 at Sasthamcotta, was murdered on April 27.The charge-sheet does not connect the murder with the attack on Unnithan. Prakash alias Vettukuttan, Penty, Rony, Soorya and Krishnakumar are the major accused in the case.
