BANGALORE: The Karnataka High court on Friday adjourned further hearing on the anticipatory bail application filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in some of the cases filed against him by advocates Sirajin Basha and Balraj till November 3.Justice H Billappa admitted Yeddyurappa’s application and adjourned the hearing to enable prosecuting advocates to file objections.Yeddyurappa has sought anticipatory bail in three of the five cases filed against him by advocated Sirajin Basha and Balraj after obtaining sanction from the Governor by clubbing fifteen charges. It may be recalled that the Lokayukta court rejected Yeddyurappa’s bail application in two cases and remanded him in judicial custody till October 22, which was later extended till November 3.
