Bike-borne men snatch chain worth Rs 86k

BANGALORE: Chain snatchers riding a motorcycle, snatched a gold chain worth `86,000 from a 63yearold woman in Basavanagudi police station limits on Thursday morning.
Hemamalini Krishnananda, a resident of Karnika Road was followed by two men on a bike near Surveyor's Street at Shankaramut Junction, near the Government Girls' Primary School, when she was going towards a temple. The men snatched her chain and fled the scene.
