A portion of the railing on the Sardar Bridge over the Narmada river fell off at Bharuch on Monday morning.
Ahmedabad: Traffic on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai highway was disrupted early on Monday morning after a portion of the railing on the Sardar Bridge over the Narmada river fell off.
According to initial reports, 200 meters of the railing fell off bridge at Bharuch.
Police said the traffic is being diverted to the Golden Bridge.
The National Highway of India (NHAI) has been asked to repair the damage.
