Allagadda: Four of a family hacked to death

KURNOOL: Four persons, including a YSR Congress leader were killed and another seriously injured when they were attacked while sleeping in their house in Chinna Chintakunta village of Allagadda mandal late on Friday night.A group of over ten persons wearing masks, entered the house of local YSRC leader Injeti Krishna Reddy (49) and attacked the inmates with hunting sickles.While his wife Govindamma (45) and an aide Dubbodu (40) died on the spot, Krishna Reddy succumbed to injuries at Allagadda hospital.His son Mallikarjuna Reddy (25) died on the way to Kurnool Hospital.The condition of Krishna Reddy’s uncle Rama Subba Reddy (60) is stated to be serious.Police suspect that business rivalry between Krishna Reddy, a follower of former Nandyal MP Bhuma Nagi Reddy and his brother may have led to the attack
