3 buildings sealed for not having OCs

HYDERABAD: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation officials seized three commercial buildings in Jubilee Hills on Friday, as the owners do not have occupancy certificates.The owners had allegedly occupied buildings without obtaining occupancy certificates from GHMC. A show cause notice under 452 (1) and 455 of the GHMC Act had been issued on July 30.A final notice under section 461(A) and 462 of GHMC Act was issued on August 17, giving owners 24 hours to vacate the buildings.After expiry of 24 hours, the buildings were seized on Friday.
