The Supreme Court on Monday extended the stay on the High Court order questioning the granting of bail to Chandolia.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the CBI on bail pleas of A Raja's former private secretary RK Chandolia and former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura in the 2G spectrum scam case.
Chandolia has sought a stay on the Delhi High Court's order that questioned granting of bail to him.
In December, a trial court had given bail to Chandolia and thereafter the High Court had issued notice to Chandolia and the CBI questioning the granting of bail.
In December itself the Supreme Court stayed the High Court order. The stay has been extended further by the Supreme Court on Monday until the next date of hearing.
