How to Indent on Reddit on Android

Open Reddit on your Android. It’s the orange circle with a white robot head inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Create a new post or comment. You can indent anywhere you can enter text. To create a post, navigate to the subreddit where you’d like it to appear, then tap Submit new text post. To create a comment, go to thread in which you’d like to comment, then tap the green circle with a white arrow inside.

Type      . This will insert 5 spaces before the text you’re about to type.

Type some text. This is the text that will come after the 5 spaces. Your post or comment should look something like this:      This is some text.

Tap Post. Your indented text will appear in the thread.
