Sign up for a free 3-month trial.
SiriusXM offers a free trial when you first subscribe. Want to find out if SiriusXM is for you? If so, their trial subscription is perfect! When you sign up for SiriusXM for the first time, you’ll get 3 months of radio for free. The only catch: you have to cancel your subscription after the 3-month trial or pay for the subscription. Simply check your eligibility on SiriusXM’s website. If you purchase a new car with Sirius Radio built-in, the dealership will likely offer you a 3-month trial. Remove your car’s radio fuse after signing up.
In older cars, you may be able to cheat the free trial system. Some car owners have had luck “extending” their SiriusXM 3-month trial by canceling their subscription and removing the radio fuse from the car. Now, this hack has no guarantee, but it may be worth a shot if you have an older car. Here’s how to do it: Remove the radio fuse from your car 24 hours before the trial period ends. This can be done in the fuse box under the car's hood. Cancel your subscription. Wait 72 hours before replacing the radio fuse. SiriusXM might still play when you turn the radio back on.
