Arsene Wenger may leave Arsenal and move to PSG: report
'The Telegraph' reported that PSG may rope in Wenger, as the current PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti could leave the club to replace Mourinho at Real.

New Delhi: Arsene Wenger's 17-year reign at the English Premier League club Arsenal may end as the manager at Emirates is persuaded to leave England and take charge at Paris St-Germain (PSG), The Telegraph reported on Tuesday.

"The club's (PSG) proprietors, who have spent heavily on the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Javier Pastore and Ezequiel Lavezzi, and who signed David Beckham on a six-month deal in January, have told friends that Wenger is on his way to Paris," the report in the England daily said.

The report also said that the current PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti has told his bosses that he doesn't intend to stay in Paris and that the PSG president Al-Khelaifi could tempt Wenger to make the move to replace Ancelotti earlier than 2014.

The Telegraph also mentioned in its report that the French daily Le Parisien has reported that a meeting between Wenger and PSG owners could take place next week and that Ancelotti is likely to replace Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid. "Friction between Ancelotti and PSG sporting director Leonardo is believed to have encouraged the former Chelsea manager to seize his opportunity in Madrid," the report said.

The report also mentioned the names of Germany manager Joachim Low, Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp, Everton coach David Moyes and former Arsenal stalwart Dennis Bergkamp as the candidates to take over from Wenger at Emirates.
