Ordnance Factory Bhandara, Maharashtra, under the Ministry of Defence, has released vacancies for apprenticeship posts in various trades. Candidates who are planning to apply for these posts can apply by visiting the official website at ddpdoo.gov.in. The application process for these posts has started.

According to the official notification, the crucial date for determining the age limits and educational qualifications shall be July 13. A total of 49 posts are going to be recruited through Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2024. Those who are willing to work on these posts can apply on or before July 13. Eligibility:

Graduate Apprenticeship: Candidates must have graduated in engineering or technology from any recognized university. Candidates who have completed graduation (engineering) through regular mode are only eligible for apprenticeship.

Technician Apprenticeship: The candidate must have a diploma in engineering or technology awarded by the State Council or Board of Technical Education established by the State Government.

Age Limit:

Candidates who wish to apply for these posts must have a minimum age limit of 14 years and there is no maximum age limit. The candidates between the age of 14-18 years are not eligible to sign the contracts, being minors and that is required to be signed by their guardians.

Stipend:

Graduate and General Stream Graduate Apprenticeship: Rs 9,000 per month

Technician Apprenticeship: Rs 8,000 per month

Selection Process:

The selection process for Graduate, Technician and General Stream Graduate Apprenticeships in Ordnance Factory is based on merit. Candidates will be evaluated primarily based on their marks obtained in their final year examination (i.e., aggregate of all years). Candidate must produce relevant documents in case of CGPA/SGPA grading to calculate the equivalent percentage of marks.
