Step 2: Look for – ‘Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-WP-B/2023-81 DATED 30/12/2023 for Recruitment in Multiple Posts in Grade III & V in OIL at Field Headquarters, Duliajan’ and click on the ‘Apply’ link.
Step 3: On the new page, read the information given before proceeding. Then click on ‘Register Now’.
Step 4: Enter your mobile number, and email address, and proceed with the application form.
Step 5: Fill out the application form, upload the documents, and pay the registration fee.

Oil India Limited Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
General/OBC candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 200 which is exclusive of GST and payment gateway/bank charges. Candidates must keep in mind that the online application fee is non-refundable. However, the SC/ST/EWS/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD)/Ex-Servicemen candidates have been exempted from paying the application fee.
Oil India Limited Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Only those applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the advertisement/notification as of the deadline will be invited to appear in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
The selection process will include a Computer Based Test (CBT) with qualifying marks of at least 40 per cent for SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (where reservation is applicable) and at least 50 per cent for others. Meanwhile, the final selection will be made in order of merit based solely on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
Candidates who were provisionally selected will be appointed as a ‘Probationer’ for 12 months. After completing the probationary period, the probationer will be considered for confirmation if he or she performed satisfactorily during the probationary period.
