The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate, (NEET PG) 2024, has concluded its final editing window, according to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The next important update on NEET PG 2024 is the issuance of the admit cards, which is slated for June 18 according to the official website. NEET PG admit cards can be downloaded by candidates via the official websites, natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.
The official schedule states that the NEET PG 2024 will take place on June 23. Candidates should be aware that the admit card is a crucial and required piece of documentation on exam day. To be allowed to take the exam, candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card and proof of their identity in the form of a government-issued ID.
NEET PG is a national exam for enrollment to MD (Doctor of Medicine), MS (Master of Surgery), and PG Diploma programmes in medical institutions across India. There will be 200 multiple-choice questions on the exam paper, which has 800 marks overall. A candidate will receive four marks for each accurate response while for each incorrect response, one mark will be reduced. NEET-PG simplifies the application procedure for postgraduate medical programmes by acting as a single entrance examination window.
