Bihar Vidhan Sabha Recruitment 2023: Registration for 83 DEO, Driver, and Other Posts to Begin Today

Under this recruitment drive, Bihar Vidhan Sabha aims to fill up a total of 183 vacancies in the department. Among the offered posts, there are 80 vacancies for Security Guards and for Data Entry Operators, there are 40 posts. In addition to that, the Bihar Vidhan Sabha has opened 54 vacancies for Office Attendants and 9 for Driver posts.

Bihar Vidhan Sabha Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Age limit: Candidates seeking the aforementioned posts must be between the age bracket of 18 to 37 years. However, the age limit for the post of security guard is between 18 to 25 years. It is to be noted that reserved category candidates from all posts will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit, as per the rules.

Educational Qualification:

Security Guard: Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

Data Entry Operator: Candidates should have passed intermediate and possess a typing speed of 8000 keystrokes per hour.

Driver: Anyone who has passed class 10 and possesses a valid driving license can apply for this post.

Office Attendant: A matriculation pass or equivalent qualification is required to apply for this post.

Bihar Vidhan Sabha Recruitment 2023: Application Fee

Office Attendant and Driver: The application fee for the office attendant and driver posts is Rs 400. However, for SC/ST, PwD, and female candidates, the application fee is set at Rs 100.

Data Entry Operator: The application fee is Rs 600 for Data Entry Operator posts. Candidates falling under SC/ST, PwD and female candidates have to pay Rs 150 as an application fee.

Security Guard: For SC/ST, PwD, and female category candidates the application fee is Rs 150, whereas the application fee for other candidates is Rs 675.
