Suzuki has launched the GSX-S siblings in India today. Suzuki claims that their new bikes not only have "sharp styling and power, but also are practical for everyday usage".
Both the GSX-S 1000F and GSX-S 1000 bikes are based on the well acclaimed GSX-1000R track bike and are powered by the same 999cc, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine which makes 142PS of power, mated to a six speed gearbox.
Both bikes are feature loaded with distance to empty real-time mileage indicators, three riding modes, traction control and all digital instrument clusters.
Suzuki hasn't revealed performance or efficiency figures yet, but we expect the GSX-S 1000F to be more composed on highway rides due to its large fairing compared to its naked sibling.
