Kia India, a sister company of Hyundai, has announced a service camp for customers. As per the details shared by the brand, the event will be organized on a large scale, keeping authorised outlets across the country in the loop.
The camp will kickstart on June 27, and it will remain operational till July 3. The initiative has been taken to improve customer engagement, allowing them to know about the aftersales services, and enhancing the relationship with their customers.
What to Expect
During this time, Kia owners can enjoy top services, ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of their vehicles. It includes complimentary 36-point health checks of the vehicle, covering top areas such as interior, exterior, engine bay, underbody, and road tests among others.
Benefits
All the customers will get complimentary AC disinfectant and car wash service for long-term maintenance. Apart from the free car inspection and washing, customers will be treated with impressive discounts after-sales initiatives, including a 20 percent discount on car care services, a 10 percent discount on retail Road Side Assistance (RSA) plans, and a 5 percent discount on accessories.
Amid this, the service camps will also offer interactive discussions season on Kia’s state-of-the-art vehicle technology. It will also educate the customers with driving tips, top do’s and don’t for vehicle maintenance, and Kia’s exchange service among others.
