The luxury motorcycle maker Triumph grabbed all the eyeballs in July, when it launched the much-awaited bike Speed 400 X at Rs 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the price was dropped down, and made it Rs 2.23 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers. As the year is about to end, the company has introduced an offer, extending the introductory price till December 31.
Once the offer ends, it will return to its original price of Rs 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can enjoy the limited-time offers by visiting the company’s authorized dealership. The benefits also can be taken online via the official website.
Triumph Speed 400 Design
Talking about the design, the recently launched Speed 400 X comes with an aggressive road appearance. It features a round-shaped LED headlight, LED-turned indicators, and a boxy fuel tank. The Bluetooth-enabled motorcycle is available in a single-seating arrangement only.
Engine and Power
It is powered by a 398cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which generates a max power of 39.5bhp at 8,000rpm and 37.5Nm at 6,500rpm. The power source is mated with a 6-speed transmission with a slip and assist clutch.
Suspensions and Brakes
Talking about the other important factors, the Speed 400 is equipped with 43mm USD front forks. While the rear has been supported by mono-shock featuring preload adjustment. From the safety front, the company has included a 300mm single disc brake at the front and a 230mm single rotor with a two-piston fixed caliper at the back.
