This Film Featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan And Saif Ali Khan Is Tough To Guess

Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan have shared screens individually, and the same goes for Shah Rukh Khan with Salman and Saif. However, SRK and Aamir hadn’t appeared together until director Ashutosh Gowariker brought them together briefly. In a ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ moment, Aamir and SRK shared the screen in Gowariker’s directorial debut, Pehla Nasha, a 1993 thriller starring Deepak Tijori, Pooja Bhatt, Raveena Tandon, and Paresh Rawal. While the film didn’t work at box office, the movie featured a single sequence where numerous stars, including Aamir, SRK, Saif, along with Sudesh Berry and Rahul Roy, made brief cameos. Recently, the clip from the movie resurfaced online, which shows these actors interacting at an award function.

In the scene, Tijori’s character is honoured with an award and all the actors come together to appreciate him. Before Tijori accepts his award, the actors exchange lines. Rahul starts with, “Iss baazigar se toh har kisi ko Aashiqui ho jayegi (This gambler can make anyone fall in love)” while Saif adds, “Issi tarah achi filmon ki Parampara banaye rakhna (Keep up the tradition of making good movies like this).”

Sudesh follows, saying, “Actoron ke Vansh mein apna naam roshan karna (Make a place for yourself amongst all the actors),” SRK then adds, “Tumne toh Chamatkar kar diya gentlemen, main toh tumhara Deewana ho gaya (You’ve performed a miracle, gentlemen. I’ve become your fan),” and Aamir concludes saying, “lekin lekin lekin, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. (But but but, whoever wins, is the king).”

Despite facing negative reviews and an unsuccessful box office run, Pehla Nasha is the only film in Bollywood’s history to feature a scene uniting Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Rahul Roy and Sudesh Berry together on screen. Additionally, the movie also has a cameo appearance by Juhi Chawla among the ensemble cast.

In an earlier interview with The Indian Express, Ashutosh Gowariker remembered the support he received from actors, including the two superstars, even before he made his directorial debut. Addressing the scene featuring SRK, Aamir, Saif, Rahul and Berry, all of whom were already lead actors at that time, Gowariker expressed his desire to direct that particular film with all these actors. To his surprise, all the actors had faith in him. When the opportunity for his directorial debut came, these actors showed tremendous support and mutually decided to play a small role in the film.

Although Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan had previously shared the screen in the movie Pehla Nasha, their collaboration was limited to a single scene. Last year, in Aamir’s film Laal Singh Chaddha, SRK made an appearance in a flashback sequence. However, despite their involvement in the same movie, the two iconic actors didn’t share a frame together on screen.
