Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s Mumbai home, ‘Mannat’, is nothing short of a tourist attraction in the city. While visitors come every day, on occasions such as Eid and the superstar’s birthday, thousands wait outside to catch a glimpse of King Khan on his balcony. Recently, a video of a guard stationed outside Mumbai yelling at an auto driver for disturbing a convoy has caught the attention of internet users. The short clip has sparked a debate about the guard’s high-handedness and attitude.
“Take a look at the attitude of that watchman for SRK.Who does he think he is, stopping people from crossing the road for an SRK car?
Mr. SRK, you should really reconsider this man’s behavior.” @iamsrk pic.twitter.com/p8b6EOEbYO

Sharing the clip, a social media user wrote, “Take a look at the attitude of that watchman for SRK. Who does he think he is, stopping people from crossing the road for an SRK car? Mr. SRK, you should really reconsider this man’s behavior.”
The video showed a convoy of cars entering the property, while an auto tried to cut the queue and pass, triggering the guard who stared and yelled, “Dikhta nahi hai kya.(Can’t you see?”)
While many users called out the guard for his attitude, some supported him, criticising the local drivers’ unruly behaviour.
Reacting to the post, a user said, “It’s not just SRKs car but every bodyguard/watchman who is at the duty of a celebrity/industrialist/politician behaves as if his boss owns the road.”

However, this user backed the guard, saying, “Sir, agree the attitude is wrong however he is scolding an auto guy who was trying to cut through straight while cars were taking left turn. Nothing wrong in scolding that particular auto guy as this happens with us, common people too.”
