New Delhi: In tune with the recent leaks, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has announced on Weibo, that a ‘new’ Note device is up for a release on June 29.
The purported device, speculated to be named Redmi Note 2, is expected to come with a 5.5-inch HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8919 chipset, 13 megapixel rear camera combined with a 5 megapixel front camera.
Jun has also shared screenshots of the home screen of the Redmi Note 2.

Jun’s post doesn’t mention the price of the device.
