South Korean tech giant Samsung is all set to launch a new smartphone soon under its Galaxy On series - Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime in India. The device has been listed on the Amazon India website and one can sign up to get notifications about the smartphone from the website. The same device has also been itemised on the Samsung UAE website with almost same specifications as the Amazon India one. Samsung has not revealed the pricing and the availability details of the new Galaxy On7 Prime but one can expect its price around Rs. 15,000.
In terms of specifications, Galaxy On7 Prime sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1080x1920 pixel resolutions. The device comes with 1.6GHz, octa-core, Exynos 7870 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and expected to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. The smartphone will also come with Samsung Pay Mini support to make instant payments using UPI and leading mobile wallets. The smartphone will be available in two memory variants - 3GB of RAM with 32GB internal memory and 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal memory, expandable up to 356GB via a microSD card slot.
In terms of optics, On7 Prime comes with a 13-megapixel camera on both back and front coupled with f/1.9 aperture. For connectivity features, the smartphone will likely offer Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ GLONASS, and a micro USB 2.0 port.
