Janhvi Kapoor Weaves Magic In Black Silk Saree With Tiger Motifs

Janhvi Kapoor is currently one of the most sought-after actresses in the Hindi film industry. She has proved her acting credentials with films like Bawaal and Mili. Janhvi Kapoor often leaves her fans swooning over her fashion sense and her recent pictures are proof of the same. She uploaded her pictures from a magazine cover shoot on Instagram recently. In the photos, she was seen wearing a black silk saree with tiger motifs in silver zari. Janhvi has draped the saree in a unique way it seems. She accessorised her looks with a necklace and rings made of white gold and diamonds. Janhvi opted for minimalistic makeup and flaunted her toned body in this outfit.

Fans loved the outfit. One of them wrote that Janhvi closely resembles her mother, late actress Sridevi. “Why so gorgeous all the time,” read one comment. Others dropped heart emoticons and wrote that the pictures looked exceptional. Few also tried to troll the actress.

Janhvi recently dominated the headlines when she and her younger sister, actress Khushi Kapoor attended the talk show Koffee With Karan. Janhvi revealed in the episode that Khushi comforted her despite being the younger sibling. Janhvi said, “When I got the call (about my mother’s passing away), I was in my room and I could hear wailing from Khushi’s room. I think I barged into her room, hauling and crying but what I do remember is she looked at me and the minute she looked at me, she just stopped crying. She just sat next to me and started comforting me and I’ve never seen her cry about it since.”

Sridevi died on February 24, 2018, in Dubai, where she was attending the wedding of Arjun Marwah, her husband, Boney Kapoor’s nephew. The cause of her death was revealed to be accidental drowning.

Coming back to Janhvi, she has some interesting projects lined up ahead. She will essay the role of Thangama in Junior NTR’s much-anticipated film Devara Part 1. Koratala Siva has written and directed this film. It will be released at the cinema halls on April 5, 2024. Devara Part 1 boasts of a stellar star cast comprising actors like Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Shine Tom Chacko, and others. NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts have produced this film.
