Pali-Tanakhar is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Chhattisgarh and is part of Korba Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Pali-Tanakhar falls in Korba district and North region of Chhattisgarh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

In 2013, Uike Ramdayal of INC won the seat by a margin of 28,813 votes (18.09%). Uike Ramdayal secured 43.6% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 29,443 votes (22.99%), registering 44.26% of the total votes polled.
