106. Niwas is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Mandla (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Niwas falls in Mandla district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,40,277 voters in the seat, which includes 1,19,442 male voters, and 1,20,824 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Niwas recorded a voter turnout of 78.72%. In 2013 the turnout was 76.16%, and in 2008 it was 72.69%.
