Railway Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh demanding a case be registered against Modi under Section 120 B in light of the allegations levelled against him in the Tehelka expose.
The magazine had recently carried out a sting against many top VHP and BJP leaders in Gujarat, many of who have said that Modi deliberately held back action against the rioters.
He also said RJD will soon launch an agitation against Modi in Bihar.
