184. Kasrawad is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Khargone (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Kasrawad falls in Khargone district and Malwa Tribal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,10,255 voters in the seat, which includes 1,07,555 male voters, and 1,02,695 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Kasrawad recorded a voter turnout of 83.06%. In 2013 the turnout was 81.81%, and in 2008 it was 77.96%.
In 2013, Sachin Subhashchandra Yadav of INC won the seat by a margin of 11,805 votes (7.44%). Sachin Subhashchandra Yadav secured 50.21% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 21,789 votes (18.15%), registering 54.19% of the total votes polled.
