121. Gadarwara is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Hoshangabad Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Gadarwara falls in Narsingpur district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,88,207 voters in the seat, which includes 99,961 male voters, and 88,246 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Gadarwara recorded a voter turnout of 82.31%. In 2013 the turnout was 81.47%, and in 2008 it was 77.4%.
In 2013, Govind Singh Patel of BJP won the seat by a margin of 25,313 votes (18.15%). Govind Singh Patel secured 43.88% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 6,103 votes (5.56%), registering 32.71% of the total votes polled.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP led in the Gadarwara Assembly segment of the Hoshangabad Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
