193. Anta is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Jhalawar Baran Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Anta falls in Baran district and Hadoti region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,07,322 voters in the seat, which includes 1,06,990 male voters, and 1,00,332 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Anta recorded a voter turnout of %. In 2013 the turnout was 80.08%, and in 2008 it was 71%.
In 2013, Prabhu Lal Saini of BJP won the seat by a margin of 3,399 votes (2.37%). Prabhu Lal Saini secured 48.84% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 29,668 votes (26.4%), registering 50.29% of the total votes polled.
