141. Ahore is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Jalore Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Ahore falls in Jalore district and West region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,43,923 voters in the seat, which includes 1,28,485 male voters, and 1,15,438 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Ahore recorded a voter turnout of %. In 2013 the turnout was 62.31%, and in 2008 it was 55.1%.
In 2013, Shankar Singh Rajpurohit of BJP won the seat by a margin of 9,152 votes (6.7%). Shankar Singh Rajpurohit secured 42.35% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 13,751 votes (13.05%), registering 34.42% of the total votes polled.
