The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has released the MP board classes 10 and 12 results on April 29. The results are out on the official websites — mpresults.nic.in and mpbse.nic.in.
About 9 lakh students took the 12th exams this year and nearly 10 lakh appeared for class 10 board exams. This year the highest per cent for class 12 is 72.72 per cent and for class 10th, the highest pass percentage is 59.54 per cent.

MPBSE conducted the 10th examination from February 17 to March 12 and the 12th examination from February 18 to March 10. However, it is not yet clear the results of which class will be released before or will be declared together.
Extra chance to submit practicals, internals
This time, the MP Board had given on extra chance to the schools to submit the details of the practical and internal assessment marks of 10th and 12th classes. The schools which had not submitted the details of marks for practical and internal assessment of classes 10th and 12th had to submit them by April 10.
Changing in Marking scheme
The Madhya Pradesh board authorities had changed the marking scheme for both classes this year. While 80 marks will be allotted to theory subjects, the the remaining 20 marks will be for practical and project works. For subjects with practicals, 70 marks will be given to the theory portion and 30 marks will be allotted for practical assessments.
Pre-Board Exams in Take-Home Mode
The pre-board exams were held in the take-home mode this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The class 10 exams were held from January 20 to 28 and class 12 up till January 31. Students were called to schools in different slots and they were given question papers and answer sheets ahead of the exams. They had to solve the exams at home as per the given schedule and submit the answer booklets back to the schools. To ensure that students do not have to visit the campus multiple times, 2-3 question papers were provided to the candidates at the same time.

Exam Pattern Changed
MPBSE introduced the new pattern as proposed in the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The question paper of both the classes had 40 per cent objective questions, 40 per cent subjective and the remaining 20 per cent analytical type. Earlier, only 25 per cent of the questions used to be objective.
MPBSE 10th,12th Result 2021: How to Check on Websites
Step 1: Visit the official MPBSE website
Step 2: Click on the hyperlink related to the Class 12/class 10 result 2022 on the homepage of the website.
Step 3: You will be taken to a new window wherein you will have to enter your roll number and password to login.
Step 4: Your MPBSE Class 12 result 2022/ Class 10 result 2022 will be displayed on your screen
Step 5: Download and take a print of the result for your future reference.
MP Board Result: How to Download via Mobile App?
Step 1: Go to Google Play store on your phone
Step 2: Search for MP mobile app or MPBSE mobile app
Step 3: Install the application on your phone. Note that the installation will happen only if you are logged in to the play store with your Google account.
Step 4: Open the app and select the MPBSE result link to know your score
Step 5: Fill in your credentials to login to the app
Step 7: The MPBSE result will be displayed on your screen
Step 8: Check and download the MPBSE result and save a copy for future correspondence.
MPBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022: How to Check via SMS?
Apart from the official websites, students can also check their results using SMS facility. To do so, all they have to do is to type MPBSE class 10 results through SMS by typing MPBSE10 type Roll Number and send the SMS to 56263. Once the result is out, they will receive the marks on the mobile.
Step 1: Open the message body of your phone and write MPBSE12 (Roll Number) for class 12 and MPBSE10 for class 10th results
Step 2: Type ‘56263’ in the sender’s number section
Step 3: Send the message and receive your result in reply.
MPBSE class 10th, 12th result 2021: How to check via Digilocker
Step 1: Visit the official website of DigiLocker at digilocker.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link reading, ‘Register for DigiLocker’
Step 3: Enter a valid mobile number and click on the ‘Continue’
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, use that OTP to verify your number
Step 5: Set your username and password to sign up. Keep the username and password safely for subsequent logins
Step 6: Now enter your 12 digit Aadhar number
Step 7: Choose any of the signup options
Step 8: Sign in using your registered user name and password to save your documents in DigiLocker
Step 9: Go to the MPBSE result link
Step 10: Enter required details
Step 11: Your result will be displayed on the screen

MPBSE class 10th, 12th result 2021: What to Check?
After receiving the result, candidates must carefully check all the details mentioned in the result document. In case there is an error in terms of personal details, then it must be reported at the earliest. Students need to check that there is no error in their marksheet. They need to check the following: Name, Spelling, Personal Details, Totaling of Marks, Subjects Names, and Percenatge Calcualtion.
