Football Transfer News September 6: I-League 2nd Division side Mohammedan Sporting Club have announced the arrival former Neroca FC and Mumbai City FC forward Singam Subhash Singh. Meanwhile, ISL club Jamshedpur FC announced the signing of Peter Hartley, who led Motherwell FC into the UEFA Europa League 2020-21.
