Bollywood star Salman Khan recently took it to his Instagram stories, and praised Ira, Aamir Khan’s daughter, for her efforts in raising awareness about mental health. He shared a video and expressed, “Kamaal hai yaar bacche bade ho gaye, bade strong ho gaye hain aur bade samajhdaar bhi…. Loved it..god bless u beta. (Incredible, my dear. The kids have grown up, become strong, and wise… Loved it. God bless you, beta).” On Thursday, Salman Khan shared a video that discusses the concept of a day without emotions and delves into the meaning of emotional hygiene.
The video elaborates that emotional hygiene is akin to everyday routines such as brushing your teeth, eating, getting dressed, applying a bandage, or going to the gym, but for your mind. It’s described as your daily nourishment and maintenance for your mental well-being.

Aamir Khan shares his daughter, Ira, with his former wife, Reena Dutta. In 2021, Ira established the Agastu Foundation, with the aim of providing support for mental health and promoting body awareness programs and training for self-actualization.
Ira made the foundation’s launch announcement through a social media post. In a video she shared, captioned as “I proudly present… Agatsu Foundation,” she conveyed, “I have registered a Section 8 company, called Agatsu Foundation, which launches today. Agatsu is my attempt to find a balance, of trying to attain equilibrium, to make my life better for me and facilitate you by making your life better in whichever way. Come check us out!”
On the work front, Salman Khan is preparing for the release of Tiger 3, in which he co-stars with Katrina Kaif. The film’s trailer is scheduled to debut on October 16.
Recently, Salman took to Instagram to share a video with the caption, “Jab tak Tiger mara nahi. Tab tak Tiger hara nahi. Tiger 3 arriving in cinemas this Diwali. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu.” The video, titled ‘Tiger Ka Message,’ unveils that Tiger faces grave danger as he’s framed as Enemy Number 1. This video sets the stage for the movie’s plot, depicting Tiger embarking on a perilous mission to hunt down his adversaries in this revenge-fueled action thriller. Tiger is determined to clear his name for the sake of his country and family, and he won’t rest until he does.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 is set to hit the cinema halls this Diwali. The much anticipated film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
