Dharmendra's US Holiday Album Features A Cute Little Dog

Veteran actor Dharmendra is currently enjoying a vacation with his close family members in the US. It is suggested that he is accompanied by his first wife Prakash Kaur and son Sunny Deol for the holiday. Although it remains unclear as to when the legendary star plans to return to his home country, his schedule after seems quite filled with professional commitments. On Tuesday, Dharmendra gave fans a sneak peek of his quality time abroad with an adorable video of him playing with a furry pooch. Relaxing on the cozy cushion at his stay, the seasoned actor appeared all smiles as the camera recorded the candid moment.

Dharmendra is seen pampering his pet who snuggled with him on the sofa. The dog seems happy receiving warm back rubs as did the Bollywood star who’s rejoicing in the company of his furry companion. While sharing the footage on X, Dharmendra admitted, “Friends, after long enjoying a small holiday in the USA.” The evergreen actor also confirmed he is soon to come back to India, post which he plans to engross him in shooting his new film. “Will soon be back for my new film. This loving pet is in love with me haha,” he added.

On the professional front, Dharmendra created quite a buzz for his role in Karan Johar’s latest release Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in lead roles, the seasoned actor shared the screen space with Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The prolific personality hit the massive headlines for his intimate kissing scene with Shabana Azmi alongside playing a bold grandfather to Ranveer Singh’s Rocky. Released in July, the movie has seemingly earned over Rs 300 crore at the box office before beginning to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

After Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Dharmendra is set to appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan in filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial Dunki. With Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, and Boman Irani joining the cast, the plot of the movie is touted to revolve around the concept of illegal immigration. It was in April when the makers of Dunki might hit the big screens in December. In addition to this, Dharmendra also has an untitled romantic comedy flick in the pipeline.
