Why Kannada Actress Aditi Prabhudeva Doesn't Own A Personal Car?

Kannada actress Aditi Prabhudeva is renowned for her diverse roles in popular films like Ranganayaki Volume 1: Virginity, Totapuri: Chapter 1, Ombattane Dikku, Thothapuri: Chapter 2 and Once Upon a Time in Jamaligudda to name a few. The popular actress is currently enjoying motherhood. But do you know, despite having a successful career, this actress does not own a car? Recently, Aditi Prabhudeva has shared the reason behind this decision, garnering everyone’s attention.

In a recent media interaction, Kannada actress Aditi Prabhudeva shared the reason why she had not bought her car till today. Aditi Prabhudeva said, ‘You will not believe it; I have not paid a single rupee and bought a four-wheeler. It didn’t happen till now.’ She further said that everyone had told her that she is an actress; she goes to various meetings and should buy a car for herself and keep a driver.

She further said that she once decided to buy a car and gave a down payment of Rs 13,000–15,000. Hearing this, her mother said that a good car cannot be bought without a Rs 10 lakh down payment and she also needs to pay the monthly EMI. Hearing this, she cancelled the booking and the company said that Rs 2000 would be deducted for the cancellation. She agreed with the condition and cancelled the booking.

She revealed that buying a car and investing a hefty amount is not worth it. Instead, she can invest Rs 10 to 15 lakh for a house. So, she has not invested in a car and doesn’t own a car.

Taking about her professional front, Aditi debuted in Kannada cinema with the 2017 movie Dhairyam. She grabbed limelight appearing in Bazaar opposite debutant Dhanveerah, directed by Simple Suni.

She was last seen in the Kannada-language comedy-horror film Matinee. The film features Sathish Ninasam, Rachita Ram and Aditi Prabhudeva in the lead roles, besides Nagabhushana, Shivaraj K. R. Pete, Poornachandra Mysore and Diganth Diwakar in supporting roles.

Apart from her professional endeavours, Prabhudeva tied the knot with Coorg-based businessman Yashas Patla in a lavish ceremony at the Bangalore Palace grounds on November 28, 2022. They together have a baby girl born in 2024.
