Priyanka Chopra is back in town. She landed in Mumbai on October 16 for the promotional event of the cosmetic brand Max Factor. Recently, the actress shared a sneak peek of her “favourite getaway” in the country. And it’s none other than the iconic Gateway of India. In a video, PeeCee was seen enjoying the view from a balcony.

On October 17, the actress posted the video, which opened with a view of the Arabian Sea. As the camera panned, Priyanka was seen standing on the balcony of her hotel, taking in the beauty of the place. She was dressed in a powder blue blazer and cropped pants paired with a sheer tube top. Further in the video, PeeCee was seen striking a few poses. She captioned her post as “My favourite getaway… #Gateway.”

This post quickly garnered the attention of Priyanka’s fans. A fan wrote, “Queen is back where she belongs.” Another said, “Desi girl is shining.” Someone said, “Omg so proud of you, and you look amazing.” Others complimented PeeCee’s chic look for the day.

Priyanka, known for her impeccable fashion sense, left everyone’s jaws dropped at a launch event in Mumbai. She was wearing a shimmery silver dress paired with diamond earrings. Several glimpses from the event have gone viral on the internet, one of them showing the actress interacting sweetly with one of her die-hard fans. In the video, PeeCee was seen signing her autograph on the fan’s shirt.

On the work front, Priyanka concluded the shoot of The Bluff, directed by Frank E. Flowers. In the film, PeeCee will be playing the role of a former pirate determined to protect her family from the shadows of her past. Karl Urban will also be seen alongside Priyanka in the film produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO Studios in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios. Before filming for The Bluff, the global icon wrapped up the schedule for Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.

Priyanka is reprising her role as Nadia in the second season of Citadel. She has also donned the producer’s hat, and her Marathi film Paani is set to release on October 18.
