The chaotic partnership of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is ready to take theatres by storm with Deadpool & Wolverine. The actors will be seen reprising their iconic roles for the upcoming Marvel film, leaving fans all excited. While the trailers and teasers have already left everyone thrilled, the makers are here with an unexpected crossover. On Wednesday, July 17, Marvel India dropped a trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine in Marathi, featuring the two superheroes.
Teaming up to fight a common enemy, the trailer includes some epic interactions between the duo, which have left fans in splits. While the clip maintains secrecy about Deadpool 3’s plot, their banter, jibes and dialogues in Marathi speak volumes about their love-hate relationship. “Watch Deadpool and Wolverine in cinemas from July 26th. Releasing In English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu,” the caption read.
The trailer came shortly after the makers of Deadpool & Wolverine dropped its Gujarati version, once again making everyone scratch their heads. Fans took to the comment section and left hilarious reactions. A fan wrote, “We got Marathi Deadpool before GTA,” while another commented, “Damn it’s better than the Hindi version.”
“Marvel rocks Everyone shocks,” another one remarked, while one noted, “OMG it’s freaking awesome in the MARATHI version.”
A user shared, “I never thought that Deadpool’s voice would be heard in Marathi, and that too, by Sanket Mhatre’s voice, it was just mind-blowing.” Many even reiterated the epic Marathi dialogues from the trailer and made fun of them.
What’s In For Deadpool & Wolverine?
Directed by Shawn Levy, the upcoming MCU film will release in multiple languages across India on July 26. As stated by Levy, it is not just a sequel to the Deadpool franchise but a “two-hander character adventure.”
Besides Reynolds and Jackman, Deadpool & Wolverine also stars Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Matthew Macfadyen in significant roles. While Reynolds reprises her role as Wade Wilson, Hugh Jackman will return to play his iconic character as Logan, aka Wolverine, after his last appearance in Logan (2017).
