Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Trailer: Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri will be sharing the screen together for the first time in Raaj Shaandilyaa’s film. The film’s much-awaited trailer is finally out now and it has only piqued fans’ interest in the film.
The teaser takes us into the 90s and promises that the film will be ‘97% parivarik’ and ‘3% maha parivarik’. As per the trailer, the story revolves around a CD containing an intimate video of a couple that leads to chaos in a small town. Watch the trailer here:
Vicky and Vidya get married in 1997 and he convinces her to make a suhaagraat video. However, the CD gets stolen and chaos ensues in Vicky and Vidya’s lives. The film promises to be comedic journey as Vicky and Vidya try to retrieve the video.
In another exciting update about the film, Sachin Sangvi of Sachin-Jigar composer duo, exclusively told News18 Showsha that the film will also mark Adnan Saami’s return to Bollywood after nine years.
Talking about Adnan’s return to Bollywood, Sachin told us, “I was born in the 80s. I was in my teen years in the 90s. So, I’ve lived every bit of the music of the 90s. The songs of that decade have left a strong impression on me and so, one of the songs in the film is sung by Adnan Sami." While most details about the track are still kept under wraps, it will surely be interesting to see Rajkummar and Triptii bringing it to life onscreen.
Sharing his excitement about the song and the joy of working with the Noor E Khuda and Baatein Kuch Ankahein Si hitmaker, Sachin further added, “I truly cherish the fact that we could do this because my god, haven’t we enjoyed his melodies and his reign! What a talent and what a person he is! It was just amazing to work with him. So, be assured that those times are coming your way again."
Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-series. The film will be out in theatres on October 11. The anticipation for the film is high after Rajkummar Rao’s performance in the juggernaut, Stree 2, also starring Shraddha Kapoor. As for Triptii, she was last seen in Bad Newz with Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk.
