Tovino Thomas-starrer Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) has been on an unstoppable box office run and breaking records at the box office. The epic action film has already entered the monumental Rs 50 crore club in just five days.

The makers took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the remarkable feat. “Celebrating a fiery success! #ARM3D has crossed a monumental ₹50 crore mark in just 5 days! A huge thank you to our genuine audience who experienced the film as intended by the creators in theatres,” it captioned.

According to the Sacnilk website, the film made a net collection of Rs 2.9 crore on Day 1 in India. ARM performed well on its first six days at the domestic box office and earned an estimated Rs 23.25 crore net, while the gross collection stands at Rs 26.85. The maximum collection of the film is made at the Malayalam box office, which stands at Rs 20.86 crore at the end of Day 6.

The film had an overall 46.65 per cent Malayalam occupancy on September 17. Although the morning shows on Day 6 witnessed low footfalls at 28.05 per cent, the afternoon, evening and night shows of the Malayalam (3D) proved to be the most popular, with an occupancy rate of 46.24 per cent, 56 per cent and 56.30 per cent.

Directed by Jithin Laal, the film is produced by Magic Frames and UGM Entertainments. It stars Tovino Thomas, Krithi Shetty, Basil Joseph, Rohini, Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Jagadish, Kabir Duhan Singh, and Pramod Shetty in important roles. The film was written by Sujith Nambiar, while the music was composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas.

The film was released in theatres on September 12, on the occasion of the Onam festival. It was released in several languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Initially filmed in 2D, ARM was then converted to 3D and made at a budget of Rs 30 crore. The film, set in northern Kerala, covers the 1900s, 1950s, and 1990s. ARM revolves around the lives of three generations—Maniyan, Kunjikelu, and Ajayan, played by Tovino Thomas.
