A few days back actor Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to share his excitement and elation to be back on the Hyderabad sets of ‘Brahmotsavam’. Actors Mahesh and Samantha returned to Hyderabad after they finished shooting for the film Haridwar and Udaipur. Written and directed by Srikanth Addala, ‘Brahmotsavam’ is referred to as a romantic family drama film. The film has been produced by Prasad V Potluri under the prestigious banner PVP Cinema. Since the shoot of the film had started on May 31, 2015, and the makers were sure of ending it by December. But the shoot was delayed due to actor’s promotional schedule of ‘Srimanthudu’.

Besides Haridwar, some scenes of Samantha and Mahesh have been shot in Varanasi and New Delhi.
