Diljit Dosanjh, who is gearing up for his upcoming film Soorma-- a biopic on former Indian hockey captain Sandeep Singh, unveiled the new poster of the movie at his UK concert. The actor-singer has undergone an intense physical training and diet changes to prepare for the role of the ex-hockey player and in fact, was trained by Sandeep himself.
The new poster of the film captures the biggest tragedy of Sandeep Singh's life when in 2006 he was seriously injured after being hit by an accidental gunshot during a train journey as he was on his way to join the national team. The former sportsman was almost paralysed and on a wheelchair for two years.

Directed by Shaad Ali, the film also features Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi in key roles. It will release on July 13, 2018.
