Putting their bromance into display, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Rajkummar Rao recently caught the attention of fans. It all started when Siddhant posted a video on the internet and Rajkummar could not help but re-share the same on his Instagram stories. The actor also attached a short note, thanking Siddhant for his endearing act in the clip. The video featured Siddhant Chaturvedi dancing to the song Chumma from Rajkummar Rao’s film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video but with a twist.
Holding a hand mop, he performed some energetic moves while also cleaning the floor which he referred to as “Diwali ke pehle ki safai” in his caption. Dressed casually in a short-sleeved shirt and beige shorts with his Crocs on, he wrote, “Kuch nahi Diwali ke pehle ki safai chal rahi hai. Lekin ye gaana! Bhaiya Ballia se pranam! pawan singh. Power aur swag ho toh aisan!”
Further heaping praises on Rajkummar Rao, Siddhant Chaturvedi added, “Gajjab mahol banailey badaa! rajkummar_rao Bhai you are killing it as always! Love you! tripti_dimri bas tum hi tum dikh rahi ho har jagah! So happy for you! Best wishes for VickyAurVidya.”
Later, Rajkummar Rao reposted the clip on Instagram stories and thanked Siddhant for his kind words as he remarked, “Thank you so much bhai.”
In terms of work, Siddhant Chaturvedi is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming musical romance Tum Hi Ho. He also has Dharma Productions’ Dhadak 2 in his kitty. The much-awaited sequel is scheduled for release in February 2025. Besides, he has also reportedly been roped in for the lead role in Director Vikas Bahl’s film. It will also star Wamiqa Gabbi and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles.
That’s not all. Siddhant Chaturvedi will also be seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan 2 alongside Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav. If the reports are to be believed, Alaya F has also been signed to play a key role in the sequel which is in its nascent stage.
Last seen in Stree 2, Rajkummar Rao has been winning hearts with his role in the Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The comedy-drama hit the theatres on October 11, having a clash with Alia Bhatt’a Jigra. The Vasan Bala directorial also stars Vedang Raina in the lead role.
